This page details all the terms for creating and using an account on the by99 platform. Please read the entire document carefully before using the service.

1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the by99 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "player"). By visiting the by99 website, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you fully accept these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform. by99 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali. The Bengali version will be treated as authoritative in any matter of interpretation.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to create an account and use the by99 platform:

You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only.
You must manage your account yourself — managing an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is not legally prohibited in the region or country from which you access the platform.
Any person banned by by99 may not create an account on this platform.
Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they may be closed.

Creating an account for anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this condition will result in immediate account termination and the balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

When registering with by99, you must provide accurate and complete information. If false or misleading information is provided, the right to cancel the account is reserved.

3.1 Account Information

The name, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be true and your own.
If any account information changes, notify the support team promptly.
If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.

3.2 Password & Security

Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential — do not share them with anyone.
by99 is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Use a strong password and change it regularly.
If you log in on a public or shared device, always log out at the end of your session.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the by99 platform:

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
The account used for depositing and the account used for withdrawals must belong to the same person.
Use the correct reference number when making a deposit — by99 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
Withdrawal processing time is generally 10–45 minutes.
Withdrawal requests are processed after verification. Verification may take additional time.
Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
In the case of suspicious transactions, the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete is reserved.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

by99 bonuses and promotional offers are provided under specific conditions. The following terms apply when any bonus is accepted:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus on the first deposit is provided up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
Example: Deposit ৳28,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.
Wagering requirement: You must wager 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus).
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Wagering requirements must be fully met before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.
Another active bonus cannot be claimed while one is ongoing, unless by99 specifically permits it.
If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the right to cancel the bonus and associated winnings is reserved.
by99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All players must follow the rules below to conduct gaming activities on the by99 platform:

6.1 Permitted Use

The platform must be used for personal entertainment only.
Every transaction must be made using your own funds — using third-party money is prohibited.
Honest and fair conduct must be maintained while participating in games.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraud, cheating, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited.
Playing games using any automated software, bots, or scripts is prohibited.
Attempting to gain unfair advantage by exploiting the bonus system is prohibited.
Operating multiple accounts for the same person is prohibited.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
Harassment, threats, or misconduct toward other players is prohibited.

Any violation of these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

7 VIP Program & Cashback

Through active participation in by99's VIP program, players can advance to higher tiers and earn weekly cashback. There are four VIP tiers:

Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on a player's overall activity on the platform. The terms for cashback payouts are set by by99 and may be changed at any time.

8 Responsible Gaming & Player Protection

by99 makes responsible gaming its highest priority. We believe gaming is for entertainment only and should never be a source of financial or emotional stress.

Do not spend beyond your means — only play with money you can afford to lose.

Abuse of the bonus system.

An opportunity to withdraw the valid balance will be provided before account closure, unless forfeiture is required due to fraud or rule violations.

10.1 Account Closure at the Player's Own Request

11 Technical Issues & Limitation of Liability
